From the article: Sun Safety

I don't know about you, but when I was growing up we didn't put sunscreen on unless we were at the pool or beach. If you're like me, forgeting to protect yourself from the sun is one of the biggest obstacles to being safe in the sun.

Changing a behavior is easier to do if you can focus on a few behaviors that give you the biggest bang for your buck. If you've been able to minimize your sun exposure, is there one specific technique you could share that helped you do it? Share Your Tip

Make It Easy

I bought several wide-brimmed hats and put them in different places that were related to being outside. I have one hanging on a peg beside my door and another one in the trunk of my car. I even have one that smushes up enough to put in my purse. If I find I'm out in the sun longer than I expected, a hat is usually not far away.
