The Best Soaps for Eczema

Most soaps, especially bar soaps, dry the skin out. Liquid cleansers are much less damaging to the skin, but there are several types of liquid cleansers. The following are emollient-rich liquid cleansers that dry the skin out the least.

I have been using liquid and cream soap for years. I find that it is less harsh on my skin. Pure castile soap is made with olive oil or vegetable oil. I usually use this by itself or I add other hatural ingredients to it.

I haven’t used eczema medication for years since I use more natural skin care. My ezcema if pretty much non-existant now But when I was younger it was out of control!
