Silicone is Back

The FDA recently announced it has lifted the 14 year ban on silicone breast implants for breast augmentation in women aged 22 and older, and for breast reconstruction in women of all ages. The FDA made this decision after analyzing clinical trials and "other information" allowing women and their surgeons' to make decisions based on accurate risk and benefit data.
