I used to suffer quite badly from acne, until I started with a well-known low-carb diet a few months ago. I am 33 now, and you can imagine how happy I was to finaly see less and less spots when I wake up in the morning. As I am not a doctor, I can not say whether it is because the “good” carbs I am eating now, or because I drink much more water then I used to do. Also, I started to drink a glass of ginger-tea every morning, 6 months ago, maybe that helped too? Just put a piece of 1 cm of fresh ginger in a glass with hot (boiled) water and leave for 5 minutes. I got that tip on http://www.acne.onlineinfosites.com where I found many tips and solutions. Just for those who want to read a bit too!

All the best,
Marie-Louise, Germany (Europe)
